Here is my favorite mouth watering recipe tomato rasam.
TAMARIND--BIG MARBLE SIZE
OIL 3 SPOONS,SALT--1 SPOON,MIRCHI POWDER--1 SPOON
1PINCH OF MUSTARD SEEDS,METHI SEEDS,JEERA,HEENG
1 RED MIRCHI,4 CURRY LEAVES,10 CORIANDER LEAVES
METHOD:-- First we have to cut the tomatoes and green chillis in pieces and let them boil in 2 spoons oil.After they boiled mix tamarind with those hot tomato pieces and add some water.Leave that mixture for half an hour. After that squeeze tomatoes and tamarind and take that coloured water in another vessel.Keep that vessel on the stove.Add methi seeds,2 curry leaves,1 red mirchi,half pinch jeera,salt and mirchi powder to that water and let it boil for 15minutes.After that we have to do tadka for that.Just boil 1spoon oil and 2 spoons ghee .Add mustard seeds,jeera,curry leaves and coriander leaves and mix with that rasam.
NOW LET'S TASTE OUR YUMMYY RASAM WITH RICE AND PAPAD.
IT'S HEALTHY .
